1. Who we are

2. Orders

An order is a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm by email that the order is accepted (for card payments: when payment is confirmed; for cash on delivery: when we confirm the order). We may refuse or cancel orders in case of stock errors, pricing errors or suspected fraud — you'll be informed and refunded in full.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in EUR or RON depending on your location and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept cards (processed by Stripe), Apple Pay / Google Pay where available, and cash on delivery in Romania. Promo codes can't be combined unless stated.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping page for methods, times and costs. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to the locker/pickup point you chose.

5. Right of withdrawal & returns

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason — see Returns. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Warranty

Legal conformity warranty applies to all products (Law 449/2003 / OUG 140/2021). Contact us with photos for any defect.

7. Accounts & content

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. All designs, names and content on this site are our property or used under licence and may not be reproduced commercially.

8. Dispute resolution

You can contact us first — we solve almost everything by email. Consumers in Romania may also use ANPC (anpc.ro), the SAL procedure (anpc.ro/ce-este-sal) and the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

9. Law

Romanian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
